David and Miguel on pickup day!!

“I went to Boolarra today, in the hills the other side of Morwell, and took delivery of the little “Karavana” teardrop caravan. The bloke with me is Miguel who made it. He makes all the window frames, welds the chassis, does all the woodwork, wiring and plumbing etc himself, with help from Lisa. It was a pleasure to do business with them. The teardrop is a work of art really. It towed very well behind my Subaru and one can sit on 100 kms easily. It is roomy inside and has an excellent kitchen” David W, Victoria

“Since taking delivery of our superb “Karavana” teardrop a few months ago our life has changed. No major trips yet, but we’ve had some amazing experiences. We’ve over-nighted in a beautiful forest beside a gurgling river, camped behind a deserted beach, did a long weekend music festival, decided on a whim to spend a weekend down the coast, used it as a grand kids sleep out and next weekend we are off to a huge party out west – guess where we’ll be sleeping it off?” PS: It’s light, incredibly easy to tow and manoeuvre Max and Nicola, NSW

“I absolutely love my teardrop. I had been looking for quite a while for the right style, then I saw what Miguel and Lisa were doing and they absolutely nailed it. It’s a real head-turner when you’re on the road too and I get a kick out of showing it off. The workmanship is top quality and I couldn’t be happier” Pat, ACT

“We’re delighted with our Karavana teardrop, it’s like camping in a work of art. But you do need to be a good conversationalist as everyone wants to talk to you about it – amazing how many people come up to you and reminisce about a caravan from their childhood. The Karavana teardrop provides very practical camping which takes you back to the basics, a good dry bed and a very functional external kitchen, along with a robust frame that isn’t afraid of going off road.” “And it’s just so cute, I love sitting outside it picking on my banjo.” John, NSW
