How long will it take to build the teardrop from the time I put my order in?

There are a limited number of Karavana teardrops produced annually, so the sooner you place your order the sooner your teardrop will be completed. The wait depends on how many orders we have at any one time. The average wait is three months, but depends on the time of year and other factors. We’ll let you know the wait time at any given time.

Do I need to put a deposit?

When you have decided to order, a deposit is made which will secure your place in the waiting list.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bank cheque, cash or EFT. Pay Pal is not accepted.

Can you arrange for the teardrop to be transported to my place?

Yes, Karavana can deliver anywhere in Australia. We work with a reliable and economical local transport company. We will arrange a quote for you upon request. We can also arrange shipment world-wide.

I’m over 6 ft will I fit in the cabin?

Yes, we can adjust the cabin size to accommodate you comfortably.

Does Karavana provide a guarantee?

Subject to each case, we will follow up any problem with your teardrop that has resulted from a defect or failure in the manufacturing process, free of charge. We’ll even provide a free check up.

Can Karavana fit a TV/DVD , radio or other electrical accessories?

Our priority lies with producing a teardrop with premium design, quality finishes and durability. We can recommend suppliers for 12 volt electrical accessories that are suitable for the teardrop
